General Provision
We are responsible for delivering the Product in a timely manner and according to the Client’s requirements indicated in the Order. Should a Product that you have received from us does not correspond uploaded instructions, contains plagiarism, or any of the Client’s commitments be violated, the Client is entitled to a partial or a full reimbursement through a chosen payment method. Each refund instance will be investigated separately.
